Holly Hill Woodland Park

We went for a walk today in Holly Hill Woodland Park near Fareham and the River Hamble.  The park is made up of some small lakes and trails through the woods, and you can also get onto a path which runs alongside the River Hamble.  It is the sort of place you can easily go for a Sunday afternoon wander with family of all ages.

The Fareham Borough Council website has a number of downloadable free walks you can do around the area, including Holly Hill, and a general map which you can download if you want to make your own way.

Parking is free, and the car park is a reasonable size – it was fairly busy as it was a lovely sunny afternoon, but there were still plenty of spaces.
